St. Croix Falls Eye Associates, formerly Jacobson Eye Care Clinic, was founded by Doctor’s Lee and Jennifer Jacobson and has been serving Northern Wisconsin since 1931.  Dr. Ray Jacobson, Dr. Lee’s father, started serving the northern Wisconsin area in 1931 when he began practicing in Cumberland, WI.  The Jacobson’s practice was known for its excellent service and quality and it is an honor to be asked to carry on this tradition of excellence as St. Croix Falls Eye Associates.

The Jacobsons have entrusted St. Croix Falls Eye Associates with your eye care because they believed we would provide excellent customer care and service.  Having practiced in the St. Paul area for several years (Lakeside Family Eyecare, Lifestyle Optics, and Allina Medical Clinics), our services and philosophies are the same as the high quality of care given by the Jacobson’s. We will be providing complete primary care for every member of your family including pediatrics, contact lenses, eye diseases, geriatric care, pre- and post-op care co-management.

St. Croix Falls Eye Associates are located in the same location as the Jacobson’s eye clinic, but we have completely remodeled the clinic and have also added 2 new clinics in Grantsburg and Webster Wisconsin to serve you better.  We are continually looking for ways to serve you better and have expanded our hours and invested in  state of the art equipment to assure proper diagnosis and treatment of your eyes.

Convenience, education, experience, and high quality eyecare are just part of what we will be offering to you  But most importantly, we will continue to offer the Jacobson family tradition of really caring for you and your eye health—–new techniques, new services and new faces with that same comfortable caring attitude that the Jacobsons have provided since 1931.
